Mental health check app for employees
Bevoy stands for “Best Version Of Yourself” and is an innovative wellbeing platform that supports organizations in strengthening the well-being and connectedness of their employees. With customized features, such as virtual challenges and reward systems, Bevoy promotes healthy habits and a positive company culture. Employees earn life coins by participating in welfare activities, which they can redeem for rewards or donate to charities. In this way, Bevoy not only contributes to individual well-being, but also to a stronger team dynamic within organizations. Lemon built both the mobile application and a web version of the application for Bevoy.
Lemon designed as well as the development of the front end and back end of the Bevoy app. In design, the Bevoy Circle is at the heart of the user experience. Employees can fill the Bevoy circle by exercising, reading wellbeing tips and participating in challenges or events. For a full circle, employees receive virtual money that we can exchange for rewards or deposit to a good cause.
Flutter was chosen for the development because of its flexibility and efficiency in cross-platform development. The backend is built with Retool, allowing companies to easily manage and add events, challenges and rewards themselves, without technical knowledge. This makes the app not only user-friendly for employees, but also flexible for employers.
Integration with Fitbit and health trackers
Bevoy connects seamlessly with Fitbit and other health trackers, automatically recording physical activity and converting it into points. In this way, employees are motivated to exercise more, while employers gain insight into the general movement patterns within the company.
Anonymized surveys and reports
With Bevoy, companies can conduct regular wellbeing surveys. The collected data is completely anonymized and processed into clear reports for employers. This helps organizations identify trends and areas for improvement without violating employee privacy.
Integration with Retool and Tally
Thanks to the link with Retool and Tally, questions can easily be asked to employees and information can be added. This makes it easier for companies to add events, challenges and rewards and communicate directly with their teams.
Anonymous hotline for HR issues
Bevoy offers a discreet hotline where employees can report HR-related issues anonymously. This promotes a safe and transparent work environment, where employees feel heard without fear of repercussions.
