Webshop with practical, time-saving solutions for mothers who lead a busy life
'Drukke mama's' is a Belgian webshop that focuses on simplifying moms' lives by offering products that are both practical and fun. The range includes products for children and families, and items that promote self-care and personal care. The webshop grew out of an active Facebook community where mothers share experiences and support each other.
Based on the need for an ERP system for efficient inventory management, Drukke mama's has partnered with Lemon for a digital transformation process aimed at optimizing and further professionalizing their webshop.



Together with Lemon, Drukke mama's has a digital roadmap developed, with a strong focus on marketing and community building. There was also an extensive customer journey mapping carried out to accurately identify the needs of the end users. It was decided to switch to Shopify and integrate the ERP system. We've developed a customized Shopify theme that seamlessly aligns with our design team's vision. Through a smart combination of existing plug-ins and customized solutions, we have optimized the site flow and user interaction, resulting in a smooth and intuitive user experience.



Product segmentation
We've segmented products into clear and logical categories, making it easier for customers to navigate and find what they're looking for. The products are now classified according to themes, usage, price or other relevant criteria. This makes the shopping experience more intuitive and increases conversion. In addition, we have automated the process of adding new product labels and Shopify synchronized with the inventory system, leading to streamlined order management.
Set up themes for customer needs
Given that customers often buy products that match a particular theme, we have set up specific themes. These themes include selected products that together provide a complete shopping experience, focused on specific customer needs or needs.



Optimizing the checkout flow
The checkout flow has been optimized to make the purchase process fast, easy and user-friendly. In addition, customers can add additional comments during the checkout process. This offers more flexibility and makes the process more customer-focused.
Offers, gift cards and newsletters
We have implemented the ability to offer special promotions and send targeted newsletters. This offers customers exclusive discounts, offers, or product updates that they might not otherwise discover.

It digital transformation The process for Busy Moms has led to significant improvements in both the user experience and the operational efficiency of the webshop. Lemon has helped Busy Moms transform its webshop into a user-friendly, efficient and customer-focused online store, contributing to the company's growth. This result is reflected in a conversion rate of 3.5%, which is significantly higher than for the average webshop.
