Wanaka Partners acts as an integrated real estate partner with a focus on sustainability. They focus on transforming obsolete buildings to future-proof them, with the goal of creating healthy and sustainable urban ecosystems for both customers and surrounding communities. In addition to managing real estate portfolios, Wanaka partners also manages real estate funds and offers financial and strategic solutions within the real estate sector.
Wanaka Partners has chosen Lemon as its digital partner, with the clear goal of becoming the digital leader in property management.
During a design sprint, the long-term challenges and goals were determined through future thinking sessions. Lemon actively participated in innovative digital ideas using various techniques. On the one hand, Lemon carried out extensive research, exploring both cross-functional and cross-sectoral aspects. In addition, numerous interviews were held with property managers and tenants, and interactive workshops were organized to gather as many ideas as possible.
During the design sprint, a prototype for a communication platform for corporate tenants was also developed. The focus of this platform is on promoting proactive communication and providing easy access to documentation. Lemon also assisted Wanaka Partners in preparing a VLAIO grant file for this communication platform.
In the foundation phase, the necessary analyses were carried out, followed by the design of the user interface, the architecture and the development of both the backend and the front end.
Future thinking and digital roadmap
Together with Wanaka Partners, Lemon has developed a digital roadmap that focuses on the future. This roadmap exercise has revealed new opportunities and technological innovations that can contribute to the growth and efficiency of Wanaka Partners. Custom-built communication platform for corporate tenants
The focus is on proactive communication and centralizing information. In addition, the administrative burden is reduced and the emphasis is placed on community building by bringing tenants into contact with each other and stimulating joint initiatives.

An important feature of the digital solution is the seamless integration of various systems, including a ticketing system. This system enables tenants to quickly submit problems or requests and ensures efficient processing and follow-up.
