Making home nurses work efficiently and hassle-free
Easix is a Belgian company that develops user-friendly software for home nurses. The technology of their main application that supports independent home nurses to carry out their daily tasks was outdated, which is why Easix partnered with Lemon to completely rewrite the application using the latest technology. The result is the EAN application.
We started with a functional and technical evaluation of the current system. After this analysis, we migrated the application to a modern platform. The code has been refactored to make it more efficient and maintainable. To ensure continuous operation, we adopted a phased migration approach for users, allowng us to gather feedback and minimize risks at every step.
Personalized care
The updated application provides instant access to essential patient data, enabling personalized care. Additionally, the app supports eID scanning, allowing healthcare providers to document activities quickly and generate detailed reports.
Efficient planning of care visits
Thanks to the user-friendly interface, healthcare providers can easily view schedules, schedule and confirm patient visits.
Recording and visualization of measurement data
Vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, can be recorded and displayed graphically to track trends. In addition, the app allows users to capture photos and manage them within the patient's digital record.
EAN supports independent home nurses in their daily work. From drawing up schedules to entering measured values, everything is integrated into one user-friendly application. With a clear interface, EAN helps home nurses deliver high-quality care and manage their daily tasks efficiently. Currently, EAN has a user base of over 4,000 professionals.
